ADAPT Medical Professional Services (formerly Professional Consultation Services) provides Independent Practitioner Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IPSIDD).

It is our mission to improve the emotional, physical and functional well-being and to help them become more independent by addressing their clinical needs.

We can support any individual enrolled in a program certified by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) in New York State. We are currently serving, New York City and the Lower Hudson Valley. All of our licensed therapists are approved by the Office for Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and possess the specialized clinical skills to maximize progress and potential.
